SCQuARE has helped on-board new MDs for Diageo
Following an internal reorganisation SCQuARE worked with Diageo Africa in 2009 /2010 to create a rapid market, business and team orientation for new country Managing Directors enabling them to hit the ground running in their new roles. The Strategy into Action events we ran with the senior management teams and the companywide opinion surveys we conducted gave a comprehensive overview of the issues and opportunities facing the business from the perspective of the new team whilst simultaneously giving the team and the new leadership the collaborative analytical vehicle to work together to formulate the right strategy going forward.
