17 Directors, consultants, staff and associates from around the globe met in Lagos in Portugal in early September to discuss the ways and means that we can continue to improve our service offer to our clients and build on the possibilities afforded by the introduction of our new web based software support system of iSCQuARE. Over two days of intensive debate and discussion the group evolved a new framework for serving and supporting our clients.
