This website is owned by SCQuARE International Limited ("SCQuARE"). Registered No. 3866463. These Terms apply to all users of this Website including casual browsers. In these Terms, all references to the 'company', 'us', ‘our', 'we' or ‘SCQuARE' will refer to SCQuARE International Limited. All references to ‘you' or ‘your' means the user of this Website.


The copyright in the content provided on this website including all of the graphics, logos, code, text, products, software, audio, music and design ("SCQuARE Materials") is owned by SCQuARE International Ltd except where otherwise indicated. © SCQuARE International Limited 2008. Copyright in any programme materials and teaching aids ("Programme Materials") which will be made available to you if you enrol on a programme with SCQuARE International via this website belongs to SCQuARE International. The use of all Programme Materials is subject to Part C of the Terms of Use (see below). The "SCQuARE" name and logo and the "scquare.com” domain name (together the "SCQuARE Marks") are the property of SCQuARE International Ltd. You agree not to copy, reproduce, upload, post, display or use in any way the SCQuARE Marks without the prior written permission of SCQuARE International Ltd.

You are granted a limited personal non-exclusive licence to use the SCQuARE Materials for personal non-commercial home, work or learning venue use relating to SCQuARE. As such, you may make copies of this Website as necessary incidental acts during your viewing of it, and you may print for your personal use so much of this Website as is reasonable for private purposes. Save as expressly set out in this Copyright Notice, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, re-publish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any of the SCQuARE Materials. Any use of the SCQuARE Materials not expressly permitted in this Copyright Notice is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of SCQuARE.


All transactions with SCQuARE International Limited will be governed by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with SCQuARE International Limited. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights. All references to the 'company', 'us', ‘our' or 'we' will refer to SCQuARE International Limited. All references to ‘you' or the ‘customer' shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by SCQuARE International Limited. All references to ‘products' or ‘standard product orders' shall mean the book entitled Getting Everyone on the Same Page. All references to ‘services' or ‘standard service orders' shall mean SCQuARE Training Open Programmes. All references to ‘standard orders' shall mean both SCQuARE products and services.

Prices and Tax Charges

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are stated both exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All standard orders are charged in GB pounds sterling. Your local card provider will bill you in your local currency. You must check your local currency conversion rate for the cost in your local currency. All standard orders sent to, or taking place in, countries outside the EU are VAT exempt and we will charge these at the pre-VAT price.

Any service provided by SCQuARE International Ltd that takes place within the UK will be subject to UK VAT at the current rate. It is our policy to offer products at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice. Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.


We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, cheque by post and BACs. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All online, phone and postal credit/debit card payments are made through NatWest Bank plc. After placing your order online the server will transfer you to NatWest's secure payment server through which you will make your payment. Once this has been done, you will be transferred back to the SCQuARE International Limited website. In this way you can be rest assured that your payments are being made in as secure an environment as possible. Payments taken over the phone are put through to NatWest immediately and a receipt will be sent with your goods. Postal payments by cheque or money order will need to clear first before your order can be dispatched. This may take up to 3 working days.


We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your details are safe for all sales transactions with us. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire, terrorism, war and legislation; petrol crisis and transport or weather disruptions. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer's liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.


Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.


Any complaint can be communicated directly to SCQuARE International Limited. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. Product Availability

SCQuARE International Limited aims to deliver products of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only products that are in stock which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) have the products sent as soon as they become available, or 2) to cancel the order.

Delivery of Products

UK Delivery

  • Orders under 2kg will be delivered through Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (allow 3-4 days for delivery).
  • Orders over 2kg will be sent via BusinessPost (allow between 1 - 2 working days for delivery).

Larger deliveries over 2kg are made from Monday to Friday. Saturday morning delivery can be arranged but will incur an extra charge. Therefore, unless specifically requested, any orders placed by you on Friday, will not be received by you until Monday. Smaller packages sent by Royal Mail may be delivered on Saturdays if you placed the order by 11am on the Friday before.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that go missing if you have requested they be left in a non secure place. If no one is available to receive the goods at the delivery address and the package has been sent through Royal Mail, you will be left a card, with details of where you can go and collect your package or how it can be sent to you. Larger orders over 2kg that have been sent through another carrier will be re-delivered up to 3 times following the first failed delivery attempt. Should you then be unavailable the package will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay the returned postage cost which will be the same as the outgoing charge in-order to receive your goods.

International delivery outside of UK

Please contact us directly if you require goods to be delivered outside the UK as we will need to calculate postage costs for your order. We can arrange for standard delivery or faster delivery options.

Standard Delivery: Maximum weight for standard delivery airmail is 5kg. Larger orders will be split into multiple packages. Dispatch is normally within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. Most orders to Europe arrive approximately 3 working days after dispatch. Most orders outside Europe arrive approximately 5 working days after dispatch.

Product Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase made from SCQuARE International Limited as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. You can return or exchange all goods within 14 working days following delivery as long as they are in their original packaging, have not been used and are re-saleable.

An invoice marked paid will be dispatched to you for all purchases. This is your proof of payment. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, simply contact us first within 7 days of receipt of item by email at or on +44 (0)1428 727 888, stating your invoice number and the goods which are being returned. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and accompanied by original packaging. Goods should arrive back with us no later than 14 days after your having received them. Customers should arrange their own return postage/courier. If, however SCQuARE International Limited, are required to arrange pickup and return delivery of an item, the full cost of arranging that service will be deducted from the refunded amount. After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding original cost of delivery, and if applicable, the cost of return service, within thirty days. All goods must be in a new and unused condition together. If you are in any doubt, please contact us on telephone number +44 (0)1428 727 888. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for returns as we cannot accept liability for goods that do not reach us.

Damaged products/goods

If you receive goods that are faulty or that have been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 days of receipt of goods at or on +44 (0)1428 727 888, stating your order number and the goods that are damaged /faulty. Send the goods back to us at SCQuARE International Limited, 3 The Square, Liphook, Hampshire, GU30 7AB within a reasonable time, preferably 7 working days following receipt of the goods. We will then credit your account for the damaged goods or re-dispatch as appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of SCQuARE International Limited until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

In these Terms, all references to the 'company', 'us', ‘our', 'we' or ‘SCQuARE' will refer to SCQuARE International Limited. All references to ‘you', ‘your' or ‘delegate' shall mean the person or persons registering for or agreeing to register for services provided by the company. All references to ‘Client Company' shall mean the company that the delegate is employed by. All references to ‘programmes', ‘services' or ‘standard service orders' shall mean SCQuARE Training Programmes. Registering online for a service will be considered as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Service Availability

SCQuARE International Limited aims to deliver services of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only services that are available. From time to time we may be unable to fulfil your order due to demand, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) transfer to an alternative available date, or 2) to cancel the order.


Fees must be paid at least 14 days prior to the start of the course. Where the Client Company issues a purchase order with terms and conditions at variance with the SCQuARE terms and conditions, the Client Company shall acknowledge and agree that such purchase order terms and conditions shall not apply and such purchase order will only be accepted by SCQuARE International Limited for the purpose of validating our invoice.

Fees, Charges and Accommodation

SCQuARE programme fees are for tuition and know-how. All programmes are residential, the associated costs of which are payable by the delegate or Client Company direct to the venue.

Delegates for whom fees have not been received may be not admitted on the programme. Accommodation is booked by SCQuARE International Limited on behalf of the delegate, and must be settled directly by delegates with the venue before leaving or as agreed between the Client Company and the venue. Any special dietary or other requirements should be communicated direct to the venue.


All cancellations are subject to the following charges:

  • The full programme fee is payable for cancellations made within four weeks prior to the programme start date;
  • All other cancellations will be subject to a 15% administration fee.

Cancellations should be notified to SCQuARE International Limited immediately they are known by telephone, and confirmed in writing. Delegates and the Client Company should be aware that they may be liable for unfulfilled hotel bookings. Delegates should personally ensure that they contact the hotel and cancel their accommodation.

Substitute Delegates

Substitute candidates are preferred to a cancellation and will be accepted at any time, at no extra charge.

Participation, Materials and Equipment

All delegates are sent a synopsis of the programme. Unless stated otherwise, all programmes are conducted in English and participants must be fluent in reading and expressing themselves in English. Moreover, the programmes are challenging and involve hard work. Delegates who behave in a way which disrupts the programme or other delegates may be asked to leave the programme, without refund. All materials and equipment for the programmes are provided by SCQuARE International Limited and no prior preparation is required.


All the SCQuARE programme materials, the concept, logos, know-how and the mnemonic are the copyright of SCQuARE International Limited, and may be not be reproduced, stored, communicated, taught or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronically, mechanically or otherwise, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. Delegates and the Client Company agree not to copy such materials, and the Client Company is responsible for ensuring that delegates are aware of the rights vested in these items.

Loss and Liability

Delegates have sole responsibility for their personal belongings and SCQuARE International Limited cannot accept any liability for any loss. SCQuARE International Limited shall not be liable for any failure to perform its duties due to death, illness, accident, third party default or for any reason outside the reasonable control of SCQuARE International Limited.
